Dazzle Directory just put up a new form for applying! Thanks to Email Me Form, you can now use this form to apply and join the listing! I hope you all like it. If it doesn't work, come back after a few days, or read the headings of each form field, then copy it and email it to us : dazzledirectory@hotmail.com. If the form doesn't show at all, try coming back after a few days or contact me about the problem. Or if you've been to lots of listings and know the basic important things I'd ask you in the application, feel free to enter them when you email me.
